I think this is really infringing on others rights. Slowly but surely, Internet freedoms are vanishing little by little.

We must retreat to the darknet

There is literally no way to enforce this

This is ridiculous, what if it was serious and you had to get on FB at school or something?

So wait, how will they track you if you have a fake IP that you used to access a site that you were blocked on before?

I don't understand how this is supposed to work.

There's so many flaws with this.

-Dynamic IPs, what if your past IP was banned but you get a new IP the next day?
-You are using a fake IP that changes your geolocation and everything, how will they know who you are or if you're using a fake IP to begin with?
-Pretty sure there's routers that have built-in proxies.
-Framing others by using their IP.

I mean they can tell your ISP to snitch you out, but if you're a good customer, without a good court order they won't do anything to lose customers that make them money. And even they have limits on telling exactly what happened in a situation. They can't pinpoint everything exactly.

Pretty sure this new law is towards criminal acts or something. They can't just look at someone randomly, "oh hey let me check if he has a fake IP or has changed his IP in the past to avoid site bans. He has, what a naughty criminal, let's send the FBI to his door."

Funny you say that seeing how 4chan is probably the most spied on

There is literally no way to enforce this

"I'm using a proxy and no one can arrest me!"

We have "nothing to worry about apparently", this is the new us government and we are just suppose to accept it.

Why would you need to go on Facebook at school unless someone died?

Changing your IP address won't do anything to keep a school from blocking incoming connections.
