The fountain appears to be mundane. Quincy climbed up to the rooftops and look around. There's a clear view of the tower in the distance,  Tyler is having a little bit of a rougher time climbing with his lower Agility stat.

OK, Tyler should buy most of the mage armor, except get the warrior chestplate. Also, buy the stronger wand and the weaker bow, since all of his stats are stuff and we just need diversity.

Spending 100 of your 101G, you buy the following:
Basic Wand (5 Phys Melee damage, use MP for real attacks)
Flimsy Bow (10 Phys Ranged damage)
Leather Hood (+5 MP)
Chainmail Armor (+5% Phys Def)
Mundane Cloak (+5% Mage Atk)
You are left with a laughable 1G.
