Why should I give a stuff about how I spell stuff on my phone, I obviously spelled handicap in a weird way were my fingers hit a different key and it spelled regards automatically, besides, without this auto correct, I would spell like a 11 year old using an iPad.

I spelt it probably like retags and it auto corrected to regards, people make mistakes, like you making the mistake of burning your rep, fix your issues before correcting others over a spelling mistake on a touch pad.

I 99.99 percent sure that he meant to type handicap. Mentally Regarded doesn't make sense so the logical conclusion would be that the most commonly used word after mentally, that being handicapped, is what he meant.
