Okay so I got a copy of Bf3 from the new humble bundle, got it on origin and downloaded fine, then when I try logging into battlelog it says that I have to buy the game. So after that I went to EA website to hope I could send them a message or something, but there website broken when I log in. Any help?

As far as I know, I've heard that EA's support service is like talking to a wall.

So i tried logging into and old account that has never be used and has no games on it can log into battlelog. What?

More like talking to a kid who lies a lot and is too stubborn to admit it so he just keeps saying "yes so yes so!" over and over again if you corner him.

Okay, so the reason is that my account cant launch games, at all. I log on to an old account and it launched game fine. But on my new account it cant launch ANY game, i downloaded Battlefield 1942 and it did not launch but on my old account it launched just fine.

My ESN Mozilla thing keeps crashing and I'm using Chrome

I am not sure what you guys are talking about because every time I got in a EA Live Support Chat everything was reasonable and I always got my issue fixed. Even the transfer of a game from an account to another. I actually consider their support better than any other companies' including Steam.

people just want to hate origin, they dont even know why anymore. its literally the same loving thing as steam.

origin itself fine but they shouldn't have needed to make it in the first place

ea is the largest game publisher. why would they let valve take money off the top?

the modern age is the digital download age. there needs to be a program to use. technically every publisher should have one.

Having 5 different programs installed just so I can play every game is surely going to be a pain in the ass in the future.

Like Bisjac said, Valve takes roughly 15% off the top of every sale.

EA is just being business savvy and making their own steam. Do i like Origin? No, because they don't have sales. They don't have a nice interface like steam. Etc etc.

nobody wants to have 50 clients on their computer just so they can have a decent selection of games

competition creates cheaper games at higher quality.

steam hides it with sales. but generally all games could be cheaper. you dont find it odd that digital versions of games are the same price as the disks in store?
thats the scam they are getting away with.

As far as I know it's the big retailers like Gamestop who are forcing publishers to keep the same price for digital copies. Otherwise the retailers would stop selling disks which would then be a huge loss for the publishers...
