It's missing the source files, but the missing content is 21.03 seconds long, and the picture says everything else currently available, swat already revealed it by opening in notepad but this gives it in less spaced english.

It'll probably require some tinkering with the settings to get the original text, the only thing legible is "A", and the figure is of some kind of (possibly a soldier) being claiming he's not worthy.
