it is focused directly on equality. there's no other way to go about it. men are almost universally on a higher level than women, so unless you intend to remove the rights of men (at which point you're getting into "tumblr feminism"), you have to focus on the problems of women's rights

the only reason I've ever heard a feminist say she doesn't want to be egalitarian is because "she doesn't care about men's problems" or she doesn't believe in them. Either way they're either wrong or shortsighted and going nowhere. Same for MRA's.

also i haven't seen any good feminists lately because they have been drowned out by the starfishs on tumblr. which is kinda why there's a big flaw in the movement.
