It's been alright for me.

Yes. I was asking because there seems to be a process called WMIprvSe.exe, which eats up all of the CPU for about 600 milliseconds, then it goes back down to 0% for 10-15 seconds. It causes bursts of CPU usage.
The only way to fix this is to restart the VPS. Since the hosting provider has no control panel, I will need to ask for a reboot.
I will do this today or tomorrow when nobody is playing on the hosting service's Blockland servers.

I've decided to restart the VPS before the basketball tournament to clear some processes up, and get rid of stupid WMIprvSe.exe once and for all.
I will make sure the VPS and all Blockland servers are up about 40 minutes before the game.
