I disagree with Harm... Forums are for everyone to join in, I joined a clan once (different but quit) and was forced to join forums, anyways a great way to get rid of "inactive" people.

My official ruling on the forums!

No you will NOT be required to join the forums.  It is another optional (although encouraged) thing for OC.  Ignore Dest and everyone else (no offense).  I will not have a civil war gonig on over who is joining the forums.
