Author Topic: What is your prefered gaming environment?  (Read 1419 times)

When your playing a game on a console or a PC, what would you want the room your sitting in to be like?

For consoles: I'd prefer that the lights are off, and that nobody's in the room with me, that way its just me, the couch, and the game. Pure satisfaction.

For PC's: Lights dim, can't have them ALL the way off, that usually strains my eyes since the computer is closer to my eyes than a TV, and that nobody's in the room.

So how is your environment when gaming?

I like having my headphones on because people in my house are so loving loud at times
I like having nobody home so since I normally am on my computer, I will talk with my friends and not have a person watching over me the entire time. For console, I will plug in my HDMI cable to DVI into my monitor and play ps3 (((Normally sly poopr)))

a chair, a desk, and peace

Darker than the black knight.

Unless I'm messing around on the Wii, then I have a light in another room turned on for a dim setting.

i always watch tv while i game.
always

door, closed, light on. Uhh, keyboard at a low ground. no one in the room, office chair. simple mouse, not a gaming mouse. keys that are flat.

I would like dim light when I type, at the least. A keyboard, some blankets, a drink, some popcorn.

A mouse.

No one watching me in my natural environment.

Console: Light on, no headset, blast it, and play BF3.

i've got a projector set up above and to the right of my desk, that projects clear to the other side of the room

when i really want to play something i turn on the projector, shade the windows, turn off the lights and play whatever i wanna play on a 2-meter-wide screen

only problem is sometimes i actually jar the projector a little and then there's a big struggle trying to align it just right on the screen again.

yo bich on my dik and me playin with her butins niga YEAHHH

in the dark by myself in the basement playing with my virtual doll collection

When I game, I usually prefer to be alone, like the others have said. However, when I play on my PC I need my lights on for extended amounts of play. (My monitor doesnt have a brightness setting, so it does cause eyestrain)

When I play on a console like a PS3, I prefer to be alone, unless it's a game better played with friends, like COD.

Lights off, alone, at night, while depriving myself of sleep.

I only game on my PC.

I'd usually do this:

I'd open the windows (if it's a cold winter day), get a glass of chocolate milk, and then I'd be comfortable enough to play. I'm not a hardcore gamer though.

tv must be on. idgaf if im watching it or not. gotta be on.

you know what i'm not opposed to an audience

in fact i think i'd prefer a crazy cheering crowd of a few friends flippin out whenever i do something ridiculous (and this happens a lot) over like, 3 guys watching in absolute, completely-engrossed silence. it's creepy is all.
