I'm not sure you know what that word means. The sound design in saints row the third was awful. I don't know what kind of crack you are smoking to think that its even remotely better then saints row 2.
I'm just speaking from personal experience here that I
personally didn't like the majority of the gun's sound design in SR2. Most of the guns sounded really quiet and even the revolver sounded kind of piddly. Hell the M9 look-alike had a slightly better sound than the revolver. The sound design in SR3 was pretty bad as well, but both games had
some redeeming factors in terms of sound design. The .45 Shepard in SR3 sounded much heavier and deeper than the GDHC .50 in SR2, but the lighter pistols still sounded lame.
Personally I like the sound design in SR3 more, the guns sound louder, deeper, and more impacting. Again, personal opinion here, it's perfectly okay to not like the sound design of certain games.
I mean they're both pretty poop most of the time
