SR4 is literally the same thing as SR3.
In SR3 you already have super powers with DLC, and it's pretty much all the same.
Plus cars are now useless.
I guess get SR4, it's not bad if you never played SR3 so you wont get disappointed on how similar they are.

I had a lot of fun with Saints Row 2 but good god the colors looked like stuff, cars handled like stuff, and the sound design for weapons was absolutely terrible.
