my IGN is Risk of Rain, and I suggest you join the "Risk of Rain's BMAM" if you want to make an application Build to get in.

I don't want any stuff "main adventure mode" arguments about golden brick and stuff, badspot did a horrible job because it's too hard to find it so shut up, we're making an easier mode

There will be a main quest, I'm offering the option for people to add their own content in aswell as find the people best suitable to help with the main quest

Still this is not really a "main" since this is not an actual part of the game. Just call this "Adventure Mode" or "Adventures in Blockland" Also mechanic wise there are a few things I want to see:

Level system: Similar to rampage and speedkart it loads a build an a environment that will be played through.
Level loading and saving: Saves the current progress as in checkpoint and level server side. So a player can get on blockland later, turn on the gamemode, and put in a chat command to load where they were before.
Level selection: Levels can be selected to play. You must have beaten the level first though. A list of completed levels will come up with a chat command. Selecting a level will also be a chat command. Unlike loading a level from a saved point this will load it from the beginning of the level.
Multiplayer Support: The builds will be large so more than one person can join in. The idea is it shall support up to 4 players using it.
Functional AI: The eventers need to make the bots not go off and do there own thing and instead follow some set paths for gameplay. The enemy bots will have to normally come and try to attack you. Not get lost while firing a printer.
Detail: Do to the fact that this is going to be a bunch of smaller builds and not one large build it can have detail. That does not mean overusing bricks in a spammy fashion just because you can.

  I tried to make a gamemode but I could never get a big enough team http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=227753.0. I will try and get around to making a level. On the idea of side-quests it should be more of mini-games. Small little builds that are in the levels save of something you can do. The gameplay can be completely different from how it normally is or completely the same. Also a chapter system would work well where smaller parts of the story/themes can be built so more than one person can work on a certain type of build.
