I think he'd stop if we stopped giving him attention. And you're very good at not knowing when to ignore things.
cheats aren't exactly something we should just ignore

banning him would be pretty damn smart though

He'd stop if Badspot revoked his key.
Spencer has many keys to fall back on.

Spencer has many keys to fall back on.
So if he keeps doing it keep revoking them.

Nothing to do about it? How about banning anybody caught using or distributing the hack.
Go ahead. That doesn't require a drama topic, just a few clicks on your server. I get that the point of Drama is to alert other players of mischievous players but again, there's been like 30 different topics about people using the hacks. People have tried to make megathreads about them before, but they always sink and die. Just ban the person and be on with your day, you don't need to alert the forums every time some attention-seeking kid gives a link to the hack.

also i forgot were you part of computermixes starfish crew
Computermix never had a crew. Computermix has always been a lone wolf with this one, DDC made the injector though. I was part of the BRP but the BRP had no malicious intent. Computermix was definitely not the leader of the BRP.

the solution is to revoke all of the keys he paid for

what the hell is the BRP

and why did you give it out if it had "no malicious intent"
i think it was sort of like someone gave it to like 4 people, and one guy spread it everywhere or something
correct me if i'm wrong but yeah

also do you know about
the injector?
where's that on the black market we call blockland?

He didn't give it out. Computermix did. Mix is an asshat who did a fake heel-face-turn on the forums and continued lying and bullstuffting his way through Blockland and stroking his massive ego whenever he got cussed out.

I was thinking more along the lines of a key revoke but that works too. I considered making an add-on that bans players that connect based on a global ban list, sort of like SourceBans, but I don't have the resources to do so.

That would be sorta nice actually.

I personally don't support a global ban list, and I'm fairly certain Badspot would not either. Regardless of if a person was banned from 50 servers for being a troll, that doesn't mean they should be automatically banned from other servers where they don't intend on trolling. Plus, what if someone who regularly visits your server is on that list and you enjoy their company? Now the entire list is pointless because of 1 disagreed upon entry. I think Drama is the best solution, server hosts can see what kind of people they should be more weary about without instantly banning everyone who's ever been drama'd. I'm also against straight-banning people who you see a drama topic about, you should just be more vigilant if that player joins your server. They may intend no harm.

Coming from someone who's bought multitudes of keys, we find ways around that. Purchasing them all on different emails generally works, but swapping around payment information helps too. It's hard to attribute unused keys to people that don't want to be associated with them.

God, this really didn't need a drama. You make dramas about every little thing Sax...

Annnnyways, spencer has been distributing it out to servers for months now. 75% of BL has the hack anyways.

Computermix even made a post about how easily badspot can fix the hack with instructions included. I'm not sure why Badspot is not taking any action. (He might have, just not publicly so we can see it)
