I recall someone posting a screenshot a while back of Blockland rendering something outside the game. Think it was hardware or graphics driver issues; don't remember what.

There were bugs before of shadows rendering text from FireFox upon surfaces, but it's really unlikely that this is something similar; OP would have probably noted if it was something he recognized.
