Grand Theft Auto IV ICEnhancer Crashes Game! ( It is now fixed! )

Hey, this is Sgt Wyatt.
I am right now playing gta iv,but i need technical help.
I installed ICEnhancer, like the guy told me to, but when i load the game, it shows all the characters doing their poses while it loads, but it just keeps doing it!
I doesnt load, it just shows them there until i close the game.
Im using a windows 8 laptop, My mods are:
ICEnhancer
Simple native trainer
First person mod
Zombie outbreak v2.0
ZOMBIE APOCOLYPSE 2013
Scripthook
And the dsound.dll asi loader.
And yes, im using the steam version of Grand Theft Auto IV.
Could someone guide me on how to fix it?
I didn't have ANY bugs or crashes until i got ICEnhancer.

if you are getting this from computer properties, type dxdiag in start

it means that your gpu sucks to begin with and it's a wonder how you played GTA IV before you got that mod
