I already did, said in the OP. He refuses to stop and threatened to fight me before over it, which is stupid as hell because he's saying it just to piss me off because I can barely touch him except in certain situations

I'm perfectly willing to kick his ass, I just need an excuse so I don't look "violent" and go back to the hospital or get sued because I'm a legal adult and they could directly sue me, and I have no money. she's 4'11 and 90 pounds, she's not much bigger than he is plus she isn't too strong, so she physically couldn't, psychologically there is the option of reporting him but I don't know how to go about that and it wouldn't really stop him considering his parents don't care enough to punish him and they CONGRATULATED him for it too

Already contacted them, I went over and spoke with them and they didn't give half a forget. Plus his dad is a CPA making probably 150k+ a year so I don't think they'd have any financial issues. The only problem is it'd be so easy to paint me as the aggressor because I'm older and bigger
