I actually cringe at this statement a bit. My first plane looked exactly like this. After I studied aviation/ learned more about planes, and tried a few more times, I developed successful techniques and my planes started looking  good. My my 3rd plane things were looking good, imho. Give him the chance to "Blossom into a beautiful plane building flower"
