Also, I have a problem with my laptop.
Whenever I get to the launcher of TTR, I do everything, the system tells me to have fun, disappears, kicks me out of the game for no reason, and etc.

Not a really a serious issue, but rather a common one. This is because of how many people there are currently on.

The best advice I can offer is to wait until they've solved this issue.
