I have so much work from IB and AP classes that I can't quit, and it's making me stressed out and angry. I'll get angry over every little thing, and lash out at people I love, I hate it. And after these bursts of anger I end up regretting everything I've ever done, then end up hating myself for a period of time. Add this with my family constantly making fun of me for getting nervous around people, and the increasing fear of my boyfriend (who's really the only person I can speak freely about anything to) leaving me because I'm getting so angry all the time. A couple years ago I used to practice flute, piano, or guitar to get rid of the stress, but now I don't have time to practice, and if I do somehow make time, I have no relaxing songs to play. So if any of you have any relaxing songs I can learn, I'd appreciate it.
stress is def some heavy stuff, i have a friend who takes a bunch of advanced classes and she gets pretty irritable and upset at times. for one, dont think youre reaction isnt justified, id prob die if i was put in your position haha. two, massages. seriously, ask your boyfriend for one. the same friend asks for one from time to time and not gonna brag but im pretty good and she no doubt feels way better after.
as for songs, you know that one song from like that zelda game when you talked to a fairy or something? idk, but i learned it on piano and its extremely relaxing imo (i could prob find the name if you want). but keep that head up girl, sometimes step back if you think you are lashing out and just pause and take a moment. hope any of that helped :)
