Doom 3 mods don't work with it, the Doom Classic it comes with doesn't work properly with source ports, Lost Levels is just copy-pasted assets from other levels, and looking into a mirror shows a flashlight jammed into your shoulder.
Doom 3 BFG is a complete afterthought, it's not even worth $15.
