Hopefully we'll have some form of immortality and reach the singularity before I die, but I agree it would be cool to live on in AI form. I'd want to die either peacefully or suddenly, and of my own accord. If I knew I was going to go, I'd probably off myself on a hang-glider in midair with explosives.
