I was thinking of being able to turn the command off, so using events to open the GUI, can do something like that.

I think that's just for modders to use so they can start making their vehicles compatible with this. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I do agree that making server hosters able to restrict free cutomization of the vehicles would be good plan.
