There are two problems with this thread I have.

One, it's only one person. Two, there are no other examples.

For this kind of a broad subject, you need to have more evidence and more people screwing around in a server. This also has been done a thousand times, it doesn't do anything since most young hosts don't view the forums or some people just don't care. Well then, that's three problems I guess.
