I wasn't liking it until you posted pictures with the roof done. Before it had the roof, it looked too much like a McMansion.

Don't make the interior tan. Use another color (preferably colors), otherwise it looks very samey and repetitive, which your exterior is barely avoiding. Lookin' good overall though!

I was about to say, change it up a bit. There's such a stuffload of brown, it's kind of, boring. Nice structure, but it needs more color.

I'm probably not one to criticize since I couldn't do much better, but the palm trees look really weird. The trunk is odd and the leaves only seem to work well if you're looking from a distance.
The roof also just feels really unfinished, like there's supposed to be another floor.
The path also has an odd design, like how the outline doesn't connect in some areas

Overall it's really nice, plus I just now realized that this is a WIP, so I guess my only legitimate complaint is the trees

Man that curved driveway to the house brings me back. I made a similar one for an unfinished mansion on BAC's quality town.

Well built, although I've always found this style unappealing (the architecture that is). It's very ugly really, that's just a personal feeling.
