It is possible.
However, I'm not sure how you can use it outside of a wii emulator. I've used classic wiimotes on wii simulators like Dolphin before, so pretty sure you can connect it somehow.

i'd guess there'd need to be a program existing similar to DS3 tool, except it'd be with approx. 500% more toothpick-under-toenail

Yes. Get a classic controller to usb adapter. I've used one to play with my fightstick so there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to do it.

Recently I've been thinking of buying a classic controller pro. Those are some really good gamepads.

I dont own any consoles except for the wii

Buy a Xbox 360 for windows game pad is your best bet
