i dont think there can be a professional rating of a game because there are pros and cons that people notice more or less than others, normally they don't have enough time to make a proper game brown townysis either, me thinks. i think i stopped depending on game ratings recently. what's your opinion on the whole game rating system?

roblox's only positive selling point is that its multiplayer. but just like the ESRb ratings; you cant rate a multiplayer experience.

as far as the metacritic stuff goes. the combination of major magazines and site's ratings.
if you broke roblox the single player game, down into the usual rating categories: sound, graphics, replay value, the other 10 things.
the game would score badly on almost every category.

Here's the thing with me and roblox.
Before, it lacked a couple features, and it sucked pretty hard.
As it continued to grow, the features got better, and I got older.
The building side of it is actually okay. I like it, it's relaxing sometimes, etc.
The gaming side is a whole nother story. Nostalgia says it was better before, and now.
It's just not all that good.
