You got two numbers half-right, and you still need to figure out where they belong. By guess 15, you should have either X or / /. By guess 10, you should have / / / /, X X, or X / /. By guess 5, you should have X X X or X X / /, and you need to have X X X X by the last guess.

EDIT: What if I increase the code length after every round?

By seeing that 3 4 0 are correct and we already know where 3 is, we just have to figure out what the second-to-first number is and which order 4 and 0 are in.
If 40 at the end isn't right then it's probably 04 at the end.

I saved the Clue stuff to drive, so I could reboot it if I wanted to. Everyone else seemed to get bored off it, so it's not really my fault. It was really stupid of me to not save the password, I apologize. So uh, here we go again. Same rules and crap.
