I can definitely handle american muscle, just not ugly pickup-sedan hybrids

lol ugly is such an opinion

If I was gifted ANY electric car, where price was not an option, I'd choose either a Tesla Model S or a Fisker Karma.  Then I'd trade it in for a 2015 Z06.

Fisker Karma
there it is, that's the one I couldn't think of

daaaaaaaaamn riiiiiiiight

i dont know i might sell it and put the money towards restoring an old mopar or chevy. restoring cars is fun.

Guys I have a problem :(
so my favorite car atm is the Nissan 370z Coupe Nismo 2014 series
But I've been thinking... I'm a fairly good driver, so I MIGHT get a car to last college graduation UP TO becoming a parent... I dislike my current car (2006 C70 Volvo Convertible w/ T5 Turbo Charger Kit) and I plan to hopefully get either a new car after college, or drive my current one into the ground. So the 370z was kinda bad in the case of parenthood, cause it's only 2 seats... Doesn't work when you got 3 honeys in the car ;)

Then it found me. The Nissan's twin sister: The Subaru 2014 BRZ

Here are the major differences I've found:
SUBARU                -                 NISSAN
                                                  $20k more
200@7kHP                                 350@7.4kHP
22/30 MPG                                 18/26 MPG
          Manual/Auto Transmission                 Manual Only (?)
                                              Variable Assisted Steering
Daytime running lights                            No DTRL
                                                  NO FOG LIGHTS!?
Heated seaaats ♥
TL;DR: kickass sound system
                                                  In Glass Antenna
4/5 seats (?)                                2 seats :(
outdated looking controls                     woh spaecshep

If any of you sluts own either one, can you please post your experiences with, pros/cons, "do/don't," etc? Also general opinions are good too just kidding this is the internet nobody asked for your opinion

The Subaru looks nice. I suggest getting that, it seems to be better than the Nissan by a landslide. Only thing is the Nissan is newer.

I sat in a BRZ about a month ago. It seemed really cheaply made/uncomfortable interior wise imo.

Then again I've been driving a German car my whole life so I guess I have higher standards than most people.

Go with the Suby, definitely

I own a 370z, not a NISMO but they're essentially the same thing and I know a lot about the NISMO anyway. The NISMO is just a tuned version of the 370z with some more track-minded parts like a stiffer sway bar, bigger brakes, and different exhaust. The NISMO retails for $40k+ unless you go used. It does come manual only. I believe it also has heated seats, I'm not positive though. My 370z does, but it's a touring not a NISMO. There are no running lights but there are dim parking lights that I like to turn on when it's a little bit dark but not dark enough to justify headlights 'cause they look cool. 2 seats are an issue sometimes, but usually it just means that we take someone elses car which makes me happy. There are no fog lights, there's no space for them on the car's fascia.

Also, the two are incomparable when looking at speed. The 370z will utterly crush the BRZ. It'll also handle way better.

Are you sure you read his post correctly? The Nissan is better by landslide in performance, the only thing the subi does better is having 4 seats and running lights. The 370z also has a fantastic sound system. The NISMO 370z is actually twice the price, and you're getting your money's worth.

The Nissan also seems to have better gas mileage. Unless he has no friends than I'm sure he'll want more than a 2 seater car as well.

The 370Z has nothing to do with the BRZ lol wouldn't call them twins.

His friends probably have cars. It's a bitch carting people around anyway. I like having only 2 seats. My friend always carts us around in his GT-R because I only have a 2 seater, I'd be getting all those miles on my car and paying for the gas if I had more than 2 seats.

I appreciate this a lot

The only downside to the 2 seats, in my opinion, is I don't like being driven. Driving is my karma sutra, my meditation, and basically my 2nd shower (people think better in the shower or something idk)
the 370z would be loving AWESOME for that, but I'd only be able to bring 3 people (driver, bitch seat, dead body in the trunk)

How long have you had your 370z and what year is it?

I was referring more to their appearance, they're nearly identical externally speaking.

my group of friends is like 6 people, so not much driving anyways, but even then I didn't really consider that. I always figured if it became a problem I could talk them into pitching in for gas.
