Oh ok.  I was thinking of it being like an alternative to a car bra only its pretty much invisible.  Probably sparked from seeing the paint off the bumper.

They're actually often called clear-bras, but that usually refers to just the bumpers. A clear wrap protects the whole car.

I don't really understand bras when people use them all the time
like... what's the point in using something to keep the car pretty when that something makes it ugly

I agree. I don't like bras. I like clear bras though.

Only thing though. With car bras and maybe the wraps (smaller, might not apply), dirt and sand can get under the seams and can dull/scratch the paint underneath.

The only way stuff can get under wraps is a) when the wrap is put on it seals anything that was on the paint and b) if the wrap gets scratched stuff may be able to get under near the rift

Old style car bras are the most self defeating thing ever.

Btw, I went to the Chicago Auto Show in like 2008.  Best auto show that I remember, although I went to the Detroit one when I was really young, but I don't remember it well enough.

I sat in a whole bunch that I didn't include pictures of, but man that interior of the Corvette is awesome.

so yeah today i did some odd-and-ends stuff on it


yeah they are lol but it stops quite well
then again there isn't much weight there to stop i think the weight is like 2684 lbs or somewhere around that


also my dad is putting in a gate for a guy that has a black 350z
