But how far is too far?
What if the ground effects and all that are done right? When the paint isnt cryptic neon chamelion 40% orange pearlecant Red? When the car has a spoiler but it isnt a park bench?
I think this looks pretty decent.
Id rather have a mostly stock car, but I think this looks passable.
What do y'all brothers think?

personally i still think that looks like ricer trash

I've never really liked Del sols so it only looks even worse to me

the del sol would be better if it didnt have a blindspot the size of jupiter

I think it's a good improvement over a stock del sol. I'm glad they didn't put a wing on it. Not something you'd catch me in outside of a track though lol

Stock Del Sols are kind of ugly anyway. That one just looks horrible. Ground lights, brightly colored wheels, stickers, and wide body kits aren't my cup of tea at all. However, I can still respect that some people have other opinions of what a beautiful car is.

I park near this obviously fake '99-'04 Saleen Mustang at a community college. Below are pictures of a real one...

The one I see is white and has similar white bumpers but the color doesn't quite match the rest of the car. It also has a huge Saleen sticker on the windshield. I've seen a girl driving it and it sounds like an automatic. I can try to get a picture of it in a couple days, you guys can decide if it looks riced.

yes let's further detract from the aesthetics of the vehicle by slapping on a giant sticker

also, thought i might share: over the summer, some guy i graduated with tried selling a base mitsubishi 3000gt for 7k after buying it for 10k. he knows very little about cars, but being the well-known poser of many things he is, he added race seats, subs, LEDs to the interior, and did something nice with the headlights to make them less ugly. maybe put on new wheels, i'll have to check on my way home. the reason he tried/is trying to sell it for 3k less is because he ran into complications: he got ripped off and had to replace the engine soon after buying it, and after doing so the stupid thing has been stuck in limp mode and he doesn't have the smarts or balls to touch anything under the hood anymore. probably some issue with the solenoids. he now drives a 2007 tiburon, not sure which trim

I made this

The four major elements to a car guy

whats forums opinion on tesla? the only experience ive had with them was with my friends P85D, and if all goes well ill be owning that same model this summer. from what i saw they are hella nice

they're ugly but I guess they're really cool on the inside and entirely electric
I would probably buy one

i like tesla and i wish there were more all-electric companies like them, but you're telling me you plan on buying a 100k+ car? you got deep pockets dude lol

my friends P85D

Dude nice!

I've never been much of a fan of electric cars (I'm actually against most of them mainly for design issues) but Teslas are an exception. I've seen a black one driving around on my college campus once or twice and I passed a black one yesterday afternoon (maybe the same one). The P85D is like the top tier Model S that you can get and I've never seen one of those yet.

Very funny.
How far can they go at cruise speed with a full battery?
