My new car of interest: the 1998 Callaway C12 (a rebadged, modified C5 Corvette)

this is so hot

It screams '90s sports car but man, I really love it. I think only 20 were built though, which is a shame.

Are those tailights from the Opel Tigra?

Yup.

parts bins are huge and interesting things
just look at those side mirrors

and these tail lights

I'll bring a little life into this thread, just bought some new tires for my car today

Choose based on reviews and word of mouth on these tires otherwise I am no tire expert lol

Goodyear is pretty hit and miss. They usually drive really nice with decent all season traction and ride quality but their tread life usually suffers, from my experiences. I've heard a lot about the Assurance, though, and if you didn't buy them at Walmart I think it's safe to say you got a good set.

In other news, I finally got the rims I wanted!

how do you keep that thing so clean this time of year, my car is so salt caked you can just tap the door and season a plate of food on the ground

Edit: The tires on my car are from Walmart lol
beggars cant be choosers

I've been aware of the Opel Tigra since Gran Turismo 2, or at about 6 years old. I never bought Opels though. Vauxhall also made Tigras at one point, being the British version of Opel.

Well it's a brand new car, and I have a garage included with my apartment and another car I use for work, commuting and winter driving.

So basically it sits in the garage until most of the streets are dry, like they have been for the past few days, and then avoiding puddles, driving super slow when I have to, and carrying a couple microfiber cloths with me when cruising lol. Otherwise it's my Malibu that's covered in salt and dirt, being a delivery car and handling my 60 mile round trip commute to school. That thing gets all the winter abuse lol.

You can still get affordable tires at a tire shop and usually they won't sell you tires off the shelf that are stuffty and that they don't stand behind. You can also usually get added bonuses. At the shop I work at, when you buy tires, we'll check your brakes, alignment and steering/suspension parts for free, in addition to free balancing and rotations for the life of the tires.

Kinda reminds me of an old Viper.

that looks pretty alright for a dodge dart

Kinda reminds me of an old Viper.

I keep trying to find close up images of the side. The rear panel almost looks detachable (doubts about that though), like the nose of a '70 Roadrunner/Superbird.

imo darts, and most things by dodge for that matter, are really cool

I am in need of a new car; I'm thinking of getting a chevy cobalt coupe and tuning it
"but zloff you can't get much out of a fwd i4"
I'm looking to increase the torque by a decent amount and make it look cool, that's it
