How is the Cayenne stuff? I mean, that's a nice garbage pale.
I hate it, I HATE IT
Its awful looking, and on top of that the very idea behind the car is bad.
Its a family wagon / rich mom car which means it will not get any of the respect a Porsche deserves.
Lord Frederick IV jr is going to get upset about having to sit in a baby seat in the back and then hes going to throw his food onto the floor of the car, while Mrs. Frederick tries to calm him, she curb checks the car's rims and then proceeds to get into a fender bender, totaling the car.

why does a car deserve respect? it's just another mass-produced machine
I love the GT-R, but if someone buys one with their own frickin money, I really could not care less what they do with it. it's their car. if they wanna get a nyan cat wrap for it, go right ahead

I will throw rocks at you if you dont force others to respect their cars.

the only time i'd show respect towards a car is if it's modded

because you can appreciate the work that's gone into it with engineering, personal work, and also money.

land rover update

visited a scrap yard and got a bunch of parts, all the little stuff like power windows I should be able to fix soon

leaves wheels, muffler, and windshield

so far only put $800 into the vehicle

yeah, so you can respect the people who made it
but the car itself deserves no more respect than a coffee mug

there's a lot more to a car than to a coffee mug

it carries character and status

it carries character and status
not really, it's just a car. anyone with money can buy a car. I'm sure there are some seriously undesirable richardbags who own diablos

that's not the point? a nice shirt doesn't deserve respect either

it doesn't "carry character" because anyone with the money can buy one, and money doesn't have anything to do with your personality
and the only way status is related is again because of money, and the fact that some people think having money makes you better

whatever floats your boat

I have respect for many completely stock cars, not just modded ones. Whether it's just looks, sounds, history, or power/handling I still appreciate and admire the car. The team of people who made the car possible deserve respect too IMO.
