I've been extensively looking at cars and almost got one, but since I have no credit and my two jobs are unpredictable, I can't get auto loans.
the only reason i got a credit card was so i could build up credit haha, iirc my score is 726 as of the start of 2016. but couldn't your parents help out? seems like you really should get a replacement

i've been looking for a new car extensively as well, even though i'm still waiting for steady nice weather. personally, i'm willing to drop no more than 6k cash and i'm pre-approved for a loan of 6k, although i hope to spend less than 5k. all depends on what i can find

Yeah I already have plans to open a credit card and use it mainly for gas. My parents are also unable to reliably cosign because we just got our house re-mortgaged and they already have two car payments of their own.

I do have a good savings account at my disposal though. At this point in time, I could comfortably buy a really good used car. However, my parents are seriously hindering my decisions. Even when I find a good used car, they make every excuse in the world to not get it. Several times now, I've just taken matters into my own hands and started contacting sellers. As soon as I do that, my dad hunts around online and makes a list of cars he finds (usually out of my price range) and asks me to contact those people instead. So far that has not worked yet, so everyone goes lazy again and the vicious cycle continues.

I just got my actual license after sitting on a learner's permit for a while. I found two cars I was gunna look into, and I'm sorta getting mixed results.
There are many other things I could buy, but two cars I want are the 2002 Ford Mustang, and a 2010 Dodge Challenger SE.

do the challenger if you can afford it

Say what you want but I prefer that generation of the Mustang, but the normal or the GT one.

who here has motorcycle again?

early 2000s mustangs look kickass. the modern ones are too damn bulky.

imo they look much nicer than the generations directly before and (pre-facelift) after. 5th gens with racing stripes down the middle are particularly awesome

Speaking of early 2000's Mustangs, this one is a looker.

The Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R

the 2004 gt always makes me smile.

i might have said this before but i now officially have a white Kawa Ninja 300cc 2015 waiting for me at the shop. photos soon.

ive been thinking about putting a sticker of a psychedelic-style eye on the front. something similar with my skateboard graphic (which is Baphomet)

Those are extremely rare in authentic form though. Mint ones may net $100k. I've only seen like two.

yes pics pls

i can't decide between aiming for a sporty car and next fall getting an old 4x4 for the winter, or getting a bike and whatever reliable year-round vehicle i can find to go with it. no matter what i need to get some sort of car as my parents want to sell the aurora and my mercury stuffbox is going to the little bro

i mean just look at these-- think of the modding potential

a friend of mine has a sibling who owned one just like this, but it was maroon with black racing stripes. had an aftermarket exhaust system - from the headers back - sounded amazingggg
