Author Topic: Guy runs over biker gang and gets ownt  (Read 11152 times)

jazz would probably sit tight in the car and say "it's ok i abide by the laws!" and then wait for the bikers to drag his ass out of the car and beat him senseless. "it's alright the cops will help me!"

i never said it was a sensible thing to do, or that i wouldn't have done the same thing as the driver

im saying it still isnt legally justified

brake checking and causing an accident is illegal you know.
and there is no debate that he did it on purpose, the video shows that.

you're missing the point

committing a misdemeanor doesn't allow you to be killed by any valiant citizen who thinks he is above the law

then why is the man not in jail?
you must be the only guy who thinks the bikers are innocentl lol

because MITIGATING and AGGRAVATING factors were taken into factor, that jury/judge just so happened to believe the aggravating factors won

is assault even a misdemeanor

is assault even a misdemeanor
idfk it depends on the state iirc

i would consider protecting yourself from like 30 guys who clearly are trying to either forget you up or forget your car up for kicks to be a pretty legally justified action

like i said

its not legal to run someone over if they brake check you?

a minor crime /=/ justify nearly killing someone
there were a ton of bikers all around him, harrassing him and stuff... i think it's perfectly justifiable. they shouldn't have been that close :o
and he was protecting his family

^^^

alright fine you guys win, this is basically the equivalent of the trayvon martin case, none of us are going to come to an agreement

agree to disagree

its a matter of opinion whether or not you believe it was justified

are you just throwing buzzwords out to see how many people you can piss off in one post

no :(

You could probably claim that you were acting in self defense, but I know almost nothing when it comes to the law.

no they isn't trayvon martin like, here everyone sees the evidence and the police already made a decision and announced it publically. there is no controversy. no one is in debate crept iridium.

Now wait a second, I still believe Zimmerman should have been found guilty. There was controversy.
