The one life idea is a bad idea.
If one criminal got a hold of a gun, he could reset so many people it wouldn't be funny. All you gotta do is kill the cops first, then take over the town. It ain't hard.

I intended for this to be a bit of a conversation, so please tell me why you dont like the one life idea Zeblote...

-You get stuck and need to Self Delete to respawn.
-Someone traps you in his house and you need to Self Delete to get out.
-Someone shoots you.
-You accidently fall down and die.
-You fail to exit your vehicle and kill yourself accidently.
-Some has a vehicle but no idea how to drive it properly and hits you.
-Someone runs you over on purpose.
-Someone grabs a gun and shoots everyone.

If any of the above happenings cause you to lose all your progress, then the game is crap.

I don't see anywhere in the op that says that if you die, you die permanently. All I see is that you get one life, like the NLR (New Life Rule) where you have to start over with a new character.

That's what a permadeath is... your character is gone and you need to start all over.
