There's really still no money that the owner of the copyright is missing out on - you can't straight-out buy emotes from Steam as an original source.
If I sell some used, albeit copyrighted appliance to a friend cheaply, the company holding the copyright wouldn't get a cut off of that.

Yes.  From what it sounds like, Steam's probably going to be selling BL keys the way Amazon already is.

Blockland on steam needs to have a workshop for addons

and Question to Badspot or anyone who knows: I added Blockland as a non steam game and if it will have a workshop, will I be able to subscribe to the add ons? We also need the old maps back. That is what would put Blockland more into shape.
