Well specifically, what makes it when activating the CanvasCursor? That's just coincidentally the last line in the console log.
It's virtually impossible for CanvasCursor to crash anything - unless the package system itself somehow causes crashes (which would be a per-compile, not per-instance issue).

Sounds more likely to be a config issue, since the next two executes are allClientGuis.gui and config.cs, then after that are the client mods.
