actually not really I already said I wanted to get the north-east of the US+ eastern Canada before I put the map down.

And yes, I can see you posted your mapped claims AFTER I said I laid claim to the Midwest in specific detail.

Tough stuff.  I posted twice in that time, and it took me 10 minutes to post.

I said that I owned Chicago, Detroit and Cleveland from the beginning.  There's a reason why the forums asks you to review your post.  You laid claim to areas that were not yours.


Thoroughly reading through every post has revealed that even my last edit on my nation post was 5 minutes and 4 seconds before you suddenly said "no, I already claimed the East USA."  You said nothing about any Midwestern major cities, and therefore the information provided before the time of my posting , which only included East Coast and Canadian cities, was sufficient for me to lay claim to the Midwest.  And almost 9 minutes passed since I initially posted information that I claimed the Midwest, and you say that you suddenly own it based on the ambiguity that you provided.  Bullstuff.  There's no beating around the bush with land claims.  I am willing to let you have the Appalachian region and its foothills on either side, and little more- that, you rightfully claimed.

Swat One, you do not simply get it, so let me explain it:

Russia does not have any major cities on it's eastern side (?), but it does have towns and villages/cities. Some cities are not even major of the Euro-Russian side, but they still lay claim because there are people living there. In my reality, this works, because if a mystical country has multiple cities and one major one around it's port, that doesn't mean they don't own the land that has suburbs and farm land?


If you don't want to budge (or myself) I can take half of the Great Lakes and it's areas, and the Appalachian region and its foothills (all the while giving you your midwest part with the cities).
I also want an alliance since we are so close, I just like having some proper wellfare that I won't be annally raped for my land either way, but I would love to have the whole mountain range, yes.
