The government plans to name the new island. However no government official has come up with a name other than "New Kestroga", "Oil Land", "Oil Search Island" or "Naval scout Island". So to try to find a name for the new island, they put "NEW ISLAND NAME REQUESTS" on the front page of newspapers. It says that if you can come up with a good name for the new island, you will be gaven $10,000 USD and private security guards. The government knows with such rewards it will be a high chance to get a suggested name.

Large amounts of oil have been found in old Saudi Arabian fields, way more than in the Phillipines. Diplomatic decisions are being talked about to clans who claim other old oil-producing lands in the middle east.
