The New European Union consists of states with the government of democratic monarchies and the like.

The economy is a free capitalist market using paper dollars called Neros for currency which is worth just about how much Euros are. (heh, get it? new euros, neros??? ehhh?? eeehhhhhhh?????)

Currently, the population is quite low due to how new this union is. The population is around 217,853,000 Europeans. Citizens have freedom to choose their own religion, however most common ones are Christianity and Atheism. (is atheism even considered a religion?) Popular languages spoken are English, Dutch, French, and German. ...Obviously we are human?

The Union is allied with the Solutionial Federal Republic which it also has trade agreements with, and the Union is not in any organizations.

SFR starts to slowly claim into Russia and Africa.

This pact is to ensure the full-fledged friendship (or alliance) between the European people and the Solutian people. Both parties are allowed to suggest terms.

1. Each country has to help each other in the matter of war.
2. Technologies are to be shared/given to at a low, reasonable price.
3. Moves to protect each other must happen.

5. Trading agreements between the two nations.

A container of a secret species of algae is dropped over the NEU and Etrarctia. With the instructions: "Put these in all the loving lakes you have, they grow fast. SFR in about a year will send you the plans for their Algae processing plants so you can make bio-fuels so we can all share the barrels."

SFR suggests that the NEU and Etrarctia make a three-way alliance so they can make a union.
