Author Topic: I have mental problems  (Read 3956 times)

I am depressed all the time, have bad thoughts that I can't get out of my head, anger problems. I feel as if my head is going to explode, litteraly. I constantly feel like crying (I don't). I think about bad things all the time every second so my head hurts real bad sometimes, forced thoughts.

I've talked to many people, none helped me. Tomorrow I'm going to speak to the school psychiatrist and to the one in my town.

I also keep thinking about moving away, subconsciously, but I don't know if that is such a good idea. I've never really ran away for more than a few days. I just can't live with my parents anymore, since they are the cause of my pain. I also don't wan't to be influenced by them in my life, but I can't ignore them while we share the house.

Write what you want, I just thought I would feel better by telling this to people. Maybe you can also suggest me what to do. Will I have to wait for 3 more years before I can finally never see them again? I can't spend those 3 years like this.

how old are you? just a question, no offense intended

If you keep having bad thoughts and you can't control them you might have OCD
I wouldnt go so far and get him a Diagnosis of OCD, but he definitely is ruminating over some issue that he hasnt specified here other than the ambiguous topic of his Parents

15

i personally think it's not healthy to have those kinda thoughts at that age, but those are just my thoughts
i'm also 15 and no doctor/psychiatrist

1. get more sleep, the longer you stay awake the less gratifying things are. after a certain point its literally impossible to feel happy
2. have a regular sleep schedule. screwing with your circadian rythm puts a lot of stress on your brain and body and will make you feel like stuff
3. eat better, malnutrition has been linked to depression
4. talk to people more face-to-face, hugs also help. loneliness is an easy way to get depressed
5. drink lots of water, dehydration can interfere with a ton of biological processes that can contribute to depression

hope that helps a bit

Try to clear your mind, go for a walk. Listen to music.
Just don't think.
