Titanfall, BF4, and Watchdogs are all coming to PC.  Also PC has tons of good racers. 

not everybody has computers that can handle games like BF4 at a fair FPS

i'd love for rockstar games to put out patches for GTA5 both on PS3 and 360 to make them work on the new systems and take advantage of the new hardware.  that'd be rad.

Depends, do just want to run the game or do want to run it on high with 60 FPS? On High with 60FPS is going to cost around 2k. However since Hardware companies are always keeping the prices are always dropping. If you are good about finding parts you could probably find one for around 600-900
