Any nerds here?
Well, I recently switched to linux, which was a pretty bad decision, and now I'm stuck with it. I want to switch back to windows vista, and I have the product key, but I am missing an installation disk. I tried going on the website, and it was no help, it couldn't recognize the computer type I entered.
Does anyone know how I can switch back to vista? All help is appreciated, thanks!

welcome to blockland tech support, alternative speaking.

How about switching to Windows 7 instead?
Also, there are different types of nerds.

Stop with the topics, you're becoming the next muslim.

OT: vista sucks, just use windows 7

Not even ubuntu? just straight linux :/

a nerd is really just someone who is not concerned with other people's impressions of them and instead prefers to indulge in their interests without a care

OT: Find an .iso of Windows Vista and install it from a USB. Search up how to make a bootable usb on linux.

actually its just a smart person but ok
A smart person is a geek. Nasoa's definition was correct. Don't confuse the two.

i'm not a nerd, i just like anime D&D and online legos!

I thought words like geek and nerd contained social connotation.

sore me and maxwel ar gon hav to switch u 2 da g33k department

helo sir lancelet
i believe u shud just downlode an instillation disk and put ur product key in
i believe they have usb installer on website
......ok??????

No but seirously, I think you can get a iso legally since you have a product key. I think they offer it on the website, just try doing that and then getting the usb installer. Or just see if you can do it on a CD by burning it. I think you can get one off of microsofts website

I think this can be ran on wine and you can try that. I think it applies for vista.
