Actualy, it's not a good start. I don't mean that offensively, how I mean that is 64x64 images are just preview images. There should be a 256x256 and 64x64.

What I mean is: You've only got two 64x64 images!! You need a 256x256 image of the decal/face, this is the one you will see in game. Then you need a 64x64 image, which is only used to preview the image when you're selecting a face. Visit that link that I gave you in my post. It will tell, maybe even better than I, how to make a functional decal. Do not confuse that with how to design a good decal.
There is not image 256 pixels wide and 256 pixel tall here, there for the decal is not even functional.

They are freckles and you cant make a decal in paint and it needs to be transparent!
