Author Topic: why is the community of blockland so... diverse.  (Read 3418 times)

but i don't like legos i like blockland

cept lego has been around for YEARS. and its not like a water gun or toy doll where a person can JUST grow out of it when maturing. legos are far more timeless then many toys.
there really is no age range for lego fans.

And the people with age under their belts that come look at the forums don't stick around because of the dumb crap that goes on.
The point being that the forums for the lego game is so "diverse" because the mature audiences don't care for it.
(Not that Ive seen any "mature" audiences even playing the game to begin with..)

How old do you have to be to "have age under your belt"?
21, apparently

21, apparently

And Ephialtes sticks around of all people :o

Every online community has this.

The only difference is that Blockland's is more noticable.

And Ephialtes sticks around of all people :o
furling's 41 and taboo has a family iirc

It's a cheap game affordable by people of multiple class.
The game only has 1 key concept, being building. It's sandbox nature after that allows for people who enjoy different things to all enjoy the same game.
It is a game sold online and thus available to most nations around the world for purchase.
The game also has online functions which attract players and keep people of diverse backgrounds in contact.
The online forum is easy to use, available to everyone and mostly anonymous, which attracts people of different backgrounds and enables them to act how they choose with relative freedom.

It's not surprising its relatively diverse.

no taboos like 17

why DOES the forums have the biggest starfishs, inside jokes, diverse people, and jokes/stupid arguments that stretch on for 3 pages?over what to call a pencil

i mean it's literally a lego-building game

why?
3 words: welcome to hell
in fourm form

whats up with this "lego building game for kids" excuse people pull out of their ass?

A very small amount of the forums is under the age of 10. and usually when someone that young comes on here they always do something insanely stupid that makes everyone hate them and forces them to leave/get banned.

the population of the forum is around the ages of 13 - 20 so there is no way this is for kids.

Now i can understand, the game itself has a lot of kids on it. but this forum just isn't for kids based on how everybody acts.
