ok uh here are some protips
1. He's 13 years old, yet owns a pistol. You can kind of justify everything else about his character and age (aside from him even being
in this story), but this is pretty ridiculous. Make him older. 19 at the very least imo.
2. God awful personality. I don't even know if you can
call that a personality. "gawsh sometimes i like people sometimes i don't! :D"
3. It's really hard to judge an OC without a backstory in my opinion, but I think you need to elaborate on his "other facts" a little bit more because he seems like a really generic character.
