If you go in audacity and turn down the Project Rate (Hz) of your ogg files from 44100hz down to 22050hz, you significantly shrink the filesize! (I did it with "avast_your_ass.ogg" and it went from 573kb to 384kb! (That's almost 200kb!) And you can't even hear the difference!
Please for the love of god don't do this, it sounds absolutely terrible

Really? I've tried at least 10 songs and I couldn't hear the difference at all. I got a g35 5.1 surround headset.

Could you be kind and give me an example where it doesn't work?

It compresses the hell out of the file, making it muffled and tinny like adding a lofi frequency to the song.

How do you make MIDI files into songs with video game sounds? Just wondering.

Go into a program like FL Studio (which I have) and replace the notes with the game sounds.

Ninja Gaiden - Basilisk Mine Field
