Need help in Pokemon Y

Okay, so I got the game yesterday, it's great! But I'm stuck in this one part. I know NONE of the names in this game, so don't hate. Anyways, it's in this one town where you revive your fossil. You're told then to go to this other town to defeat the second gym leader. I remember there was a cave after going past the bridge with Snorlax on it. It said it was a shortcut to the town I needed to go to. I entered and I could not find a way to get through it. There were these huge square boulders that said I needed a certain move to do it or something like that. How do I get to this town?

the 2nd gym leader town is Cyllage City. (searched on google because i dont have it)

The less words the better. Instead of asking a question use phrases. Using more words in a search causes less relevant results to show up in most cases. Also you weren't specific. You just asked for trading, instead of online or internet trading
