Author Topic: Lucid Dreams?  (Read 2452 times)

When I go to sleep, I don't even remember my dreams. Yes, I get the right amount of sleep. I was thinking of getting a dream journal and see if that works. In the long run, my goal is to achieve a lucid dream.

To remember your dreams, you must Vivid Dream which randomly happens at times. I think one way to Lucid dream is to be aware that your dreaming Then you'll be able to control that dream. Also, read this Lucid Dreaming Discussion thread. If you do Lucid dream, you risk getting that scary as forget Sleep Paralysis.

whenever I try to lucid dream I keep my brain awake, but causes paralysis and hallucinations and seizures

I wonder what happens if you did lucid dreaming during the day and went into sleep paralysis.

The same...?

I have had many lucid dreams over the years, All it ended up doing for me is having a chain of dreams that are all connected so when I go to sleep it's like an alternate life.

but would you still see dark figures or what
You would, but all hallucinations. You can also see other random stuff and you wont be able to breathe or move for a brief moment because your Brain is still in a state of sleep. If you need to get out of a Lucid dream, hold your breath. It'll send your brain into shock (Not the dangerous ones) and wake you up hopefully.

Definitely not trying that stuff!

I said for a brief moment but ok...

I only remember dreams when they're about specific people. Well, a specific person.

I practically never remember my dreams. The only indication I actually can dream is that I occasionally see a half second of a dream before I wake up.

I read through the Lucid Dreaming topic that was posted earlier.
All of the methods where on some website where you need an account or some stuff.
I am basing this off of google searches now lol
I guess I will start by getting a dreaming app on my phone or something

I just read up on dreams
Now I think my short lived hobby will die
What if I get a lucid nightmare??
Personally I would be as scared as forget if I had missing/extra fingers
