Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 or 3?

Hey guise, so I'm trying to decide which on to buy, and I need a few other opinions on this.
I'm in a nostalgic mood, and I want to play RCT.
I've played the demo for 2 and I had the platinum edition for 3. I really enjoyed it, but people are saying the 2nd one is the best.
So what do you guys think?

I prefer rct2 over rct3 mostly because the 3D bothers me.
Being able to ride your rollercoasters is pretty damn cool though.

It's really not that bad to me, although the peeps are all blocky and weird. I'm looking more towards content though, really, the graphics don't bother me in either games.

I don't know that much about rct3 but rct2 is fantastic gameplay-wise

Pretty much the same, only 3D, with fireworks, pools, and zoos. The scenarios can get kind of dull at times, and there aren't as many compared to the last 2.

if you're looking for content then i'd probably go with 3

rct3 platinum. 2? seriously? 3 offers 100% more content and you can get some mod support if that's your cup of tea, as well.

I personally liked roller coaster tycoon 2 more than 3.  I played the stuff of out rc2.  However, I only tried 3 when it was brand new and I remember it mostly confusing the forget out of me.

Yeah. I'd still like to get 2 though sometime, just because.
